CASE IH NO.1 ENGINE OIL - SAE 10W-30 No.1 Engine Oil is bench tested, field tested and approved by CNH engineers to meet the stringent demands of today's Tier 4 engines. Low-SAPS (sulfated ash, phosphorus and sulfur) additive technology helps protect exhaust catalysts and diesel particulate filters (DPF) on the latest low emission vehicles. As a safeguard against premature wear, our No.1 Engine Oil is engineered to the new, next-generation MAT 3572 specification. It has been extensively tested to provide maximum protection in oxidation and aeration control, shear stability and wear performance for heavy-duty, high-temperature operation of construction, agricultural and other off-road diesel-powered equipment. • Best-in-class "Oxidation and Deposit Control" (37% higher resistance to oxidation vs. competition) • Extended drain intervals for longer engine life and reduced maintenance costs and downtime • Suitable for all heavy- and light-duty diesel engines in which API CK-4, CJ-4, CI-4 Plus, CI-4, CH-4 oils and 10W-40 are recommended What Does the MAT Number Mean? To ensure that all CNH OEM-spec lubricants exceed American Petroleum Institute (API) requirements and have tighter tolerances than industry-standard specs, our engineers developed the Material Specification standard (MAT Specifications or MAT for short). A MAT designation certifies that a lubricant is engineered to protect the advanced technology in your equipment. No other maintenance solution can make that claim.
